APPLICATION PROCESS FORM
Thank you for choosing ACB Realty, Inc. The following items are needed in order to expedite your application process.
1. Authorization Form (signed and dated by all applicants)
2. Completed Application (all applicants 18 years of age or older)
3. Landlord Statement Form signed (if applicable) top portion completed with current and prior addresses stated, including dates of occupancy. (We generally go back 2-3 years for references)
4. Copy of a Valid J.D. (MASS J.D. or Driver’s License, or Passport, or Green Card, or Visa (all types) or Liquor J.D .. etc)
5. Proof of Income (2 most-recent Pay-stubs, or on-line direct deposit, or offer letter, or letter from employer, or tax returns, or P&L statements, etc …)
6. $30.00 NON-REFUNDABLE payment for credit, CORI, housing court, address verification, S.S. # check.
7. Holding Deposit (varies depending on property)
8. Application Process Form (Signed & Dated)
Thank you again for choosing ACB Realty, Inc. Your information will remain confidential and only will be used for approval purposes. We are fully licensed an insured corporation and we are cognizant of your privacy rights. If your application is not approved, your holding deposit will be refunded and your information will be shredded. However, if your application is not approved due to false information given, whether through the interview process or during the verification process: your holding deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
If you are approved, you have 48-hrs to cancel your application . If you do not cancel your application within 48-hrs after approval, your holding deposit will become NON-REFUNDABLE.
